Broadbents have been working with Xuper since 2008 when they came in and helped revolutionise our servers to enable us to connect all of our offices and back up all of our work. they handle the maintenance our all our hardware and we also order equipment from them as I have always found their quotes to be reasonable and with the knowledge that the equipment will be added onto our network with the minimum of fuss. We have been supported by Xuper since June 2014 having experienced poor response times from our previous local IT support provider.

What we have also found works really well is that if the problem can’t be fixed over the phone an engineer will come to site more or less straight away and this is all included within the support contract so we don’t have to worry about additional charges.
